Most animals hate bath time passionately, but this baby elephant refuses to follow the crowd, he loves it.

The camera recorded in the Elephant Nature Park in Mae Taeng district, Chiang Mai province, in northern Thailand, is the moment when an elephant calf splashes into the bathtub.

The beautiful images show the young mammal plunging headfirst into the bath full of water before falling on its side.

It rests on the edge of the tub and kicks with its front legs, causing the water to splash from the pool to the ground.

Later, the baby elephant is filmed standing with all four legs in the tub while submerging its trunk in the water.

Because of its size, it is difficult for him to fit in the small bathtub, and after giving up getting into the water, he immediately turns around.

The movement causes the water to splash back down the side, which only makes the mammal more agitated: it comes out with one of its hind legs.

Later he tries to sit down again before sucking the water from his small trunk and spraying it to wet the area around it.

The video ends with the baby elephant receiving a great shock when his mother approaches the bathtub and pulls it to the left with her trunk, with the child still inside.

The movement causes the small mammal to fall on its side while the tub is removed.

However, the cunning boy seems to have the last laugh and can be seen walking back to his toy just below his mother.

It’s not the first time a baby elephant has been filmed splashing around in a bathroom.

In March of this year, an elephant was filmed having a great time in the bathtub while at The Royal Elephant Kraal and Village in Ayutthaya, Thailand.

In the video, the young mammal bathes with great enthusiasm, while a Danish tourist has difficulty throwing it away with a hose.
